Antiquus Astrologia has made it an objective to provide the best quality documents available for all the students of Astrology. This means that we have painstakingly remastered, from the original manuscripts, all of the texts we offer. Word by word we have transcribed from the original document for the maximum accuracy and eledgibility. We believe with clear and concise documents to learn from, students will be able to understand concepts easier and therefore feel it a joy to read through the texts we provide. Minor typographical errors have been edited but the grammatical structure and certain suffixes (for example seeth heareth tasteth etc.) have been retained to capture the essense of the English language that these manuscripts were written in.
With the text of the documents remastered we have also remastered many of the graphics, removing stains, smudges, dots, and watermarks. The graphics have been digitally remastered to provide the highest quality. Many complex graphics have taken on average five to six hours to complete, sometimes more. We have kept the major elements of each block print in order to preserve the essence of the graphic and the period in which it is from. In addition to remasting these graphics, we have also completely reformated all of the tables, diagrams and other important information holding graphics. Doing this we have preserved the information contained in them and corrected all minor errors or discrepancies found. These graphics have been redone from scratch because they hold little artistic value and it is important for the information to not only be complete but clear for the reader.
Antiquus Astrology believes that quality should also be first in literature; quality of writing and quality of materials in order to preserve this writing for years to come. This is why we have chosen to bind our books each by hand using perfect binding techniques. Many other publishers will use spiral or cirlox binding methods because they are cheap. But we believe in quality and therefore each of our books are sewn in order for them to last as long as possible. The binding is not visible on any of our books and covers are placed over each book for its protection.
